By Julissa Frausto

Traveler’s Table is a global restaurant that is coming to Houston in October 2019.  Its wide-ranging menu includes cuisines influenced from all over the world including Africa, India, the Carribean, and the Americas.

They have been planning this for a while and have a classic burger, new creative cocktails, and wine in the works for their opening night. Among many classical cuisines that they are known for are butter chicken, pork vindaloo, and seafood risotto.

Some cocktails available are a watermelon-based margarita and a boba tea cocktail. This upcoming restaurant will be taking over the vacant spot in Montrose that used to home to Chef Paul Qui’s Aqui which is located at 520 Westheimer Rd.

It will be able to house 140 guests on the inside and 30 guests on its outside patio. Its operational hours are set to be from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Monday through Thursday, Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Don’t miss out on this great opportunity to expand your food palette and head over to Traveler’s Table in Montrose when October hits.
