Style Through Book Bags at Hastings
A major trend of this year, mainly because of social media, is self expression through style. Students at Hastings love to come in style and one way of showing out is their back packs. Although accessories are mainly for style they can also have meaning.

“I like astrology a lot so that’s why I got the back pack. I got the clown key chain because I really like clowns. Both my pins are heroes because I’m really into comics and super heroes. I got the Spider Punk from Justin, my favorite person gave me my favorite spider man (this sentence is all Krystal and not edited at all by Justin). I like to collect little like knickknacks so I used some to make the rest of my key chains. Like the heart key chain is actually the lock from one of my old diaries. I also have a guitar because I play the guitar and I have a red car because my dad used to be a mechanic so its sentimental.”
