Mac Miller is an American artist born January 19, 1922, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He began his career in the local hip hop scene in 2007 at the age of fifteen. He accepted his first record deal two years later. I came across Mac Miller’s music around March of 2023. I was with a good friend of mine, and we were driving to the gym. My friend wanted to play some music for the rest of the ride, so I let him connect his phone to my car’s Bluetooth speakers. One of the songs he played was a song called “ROS” by Mac Miller. I liked the song and asked him for the artist’s name, and that’s when I came across Mac Miller’s music. I thought he was still alive and making songs while I was looking through his discography trying to find new songs, but it turns out he died on September 11, 2018 due to an overdose. I recommend checking out his music if you don’t already listen to him. If you want to listen to a few of his songs, here are five notable ones: “Bad Habit,” “ROS,” “Diablo,” “Jet Fuel,” and “Conversation.”
