As of February 1, 2024, class ranks were revealed. For the majority of students, they couldn’t care less, as long as they are top 50%. However, those that do, it is extremely easy to obsess over. Class ranks quite literally rank you out of your class. They create a competitive and obsessive nature. Nobody likes losing, however, losing isn’t an option for them competitive people. They thrive off comparison which is influenced by class rank. However, rank and competition is not the only part that matters in high school, as focusing on this leads to a damaging mindset.
